Between May to July 2014 we organized a Self development program through Artterapiei method in Aiud Prison. This program was run by our volunteer psychologist Ramona Balint helped by Horea Nistor Rescue’s psychologist.
The program was attended by 15 inmates with a low intellectual level and with poor reading skills on the Closed Section in Aiud Penitentiary of which 11 persons have completed the course, the rest being transferred to other sectors or in other prisons.

The program has the following objectives: self-discovery - exploration and structuring factors of personal identity, development of cognitive skills (attention, memory, planning and organization), develop the capacity to control impulsive behavior and compliance, develop interpersonal skills.
