International Children's Day in Targu Mures Prison

Rescue Humanitarian Foundation with volunteers from Jibou, Zalau and Cluj organized International Children's Day program dedicated to 24 juveniles in half-open section of the Targu Mures Prison.

During approximately 3 hours in prison have discuss about  drugs, the importance peer presure in changing behavior, we sang Christian songs, played games and we served together pizza, juice and cookies.

It was a wonderful time that we showed Christ's love for every person regardless of social status or place where they are and minors were encouraged by volunteers who went through experiences similar to theirs.

At the end of the program we gave each participant a t-shirt, Christian literature and stamped envelope.

Thank you Lord, volunteers involved and Targu Mures Prison.

    I met you, in a place called “hell” and my sinful soul rejoiced when it got to know God and hear of His Love for humans, and of His great sacrifice -the only beloved Son. If God made this sacrifice for all people, my answer is that I want to be like you, not to be ashamed of myself, to become a child of God, to return Home to my Father, and to do what He wanted me to do.
