Children’s Day in Aiud Prison

We, from Rescue Foundation have celebrated   First of June, Chindren’s Day  along with volunteers from Elim Pentecostal Church Cluj-Napoca in Aiud Prison. Six cars and over 2000 kilometers, baby gifts, cake, juice etc, all that the families of 15 inmates could be reunited.

We, from Rescue Foundation have celebrated   First of June, Chindren’s Day  along with volunteers from Elim Pentecostal Church Cluj-Napoca in Aiud Prison. Six cars and over 2000 kilometers, baby gifts, cake, juice etc, all that the families of 15 inmates could be reunited. Joy, hugs, tears, festive atmosphere, songs, advices, impulses,  judgments,  promises ... what a beautiful day!  For 3 hours we forget the bars and restrictions . Some embrace their wives and children for the first time so far in the prison, receiving only speaker visit

We had a short schedule, we've talked a little bit about God's love for everyone, big and small, free or imprisoned.

Even though it was a great effort for us and the Elim Church, we feel fulfilled at the end of the day when we drove inmates’ relatives to their homes (Medias, Dumbraveni, Deva, Orastie, Sibiu, Targu Mures, Mures Ocna). We made ​​this animated by the love of God for them.

God be blessed for this day of joy and thanksgiving brothers from Elim Church, and all those involved in prayer and financially.

    I met you, in a place called “hell” and my sinful soul rejoiced when it got to know God and hear of His Love for humans, and of His great sacrifice -the only beloved Son. If God made this sacrifice for all people, my answer is that I want to be like you, not to be ashamed of myself, to become a child of God, to return Home to my Father, and to do what He wanted me to do.
