Several families from the Adoratio Pentecostal Church in Floreşti invited us to take the 10 children from the After-school project to spend an afternoon with them at the Gheorgheni Sport Center in Cluj-Napoca.
In the first part of the trip, the children played football together with the families who invited us and their 4 children, and then served pizza, juice, sweets, and water. And in the second part the 14 children were able to explore everything the Sport Base has to offer. They learned to play badminton, they climbed and enjoyed every playground found.
The purpose of this activity was to spend time together to socialize with other children coming from a different environment and motivate them for sport.
The entire activity and the served meal was sponsored by the Adoratio Church, to whom we thank for their involvement in the Foundation's projects and we want God to bless them.
The After-School Program of the Rescue Foundation it is for children from disadvantaged families. Beside helping with the homework, we try to increase their desire to get a better life and to increase their love for God.
